Would you like a preview of Godless, the new book I have begun? Of course you would. But I’m lazy, so writing a preview would be difficult. But oh! What’s this?
#WIPjoy happened again this month!
I already made a post talking about how much I enjoyed WIPjoy back when I used Disbelief Suspended in June. This month I used Godless, and when the tweets about it are combined, it makes a pretty sweet month of previews!
Thanks again to Bethany Jennings for setting this up.
So please, enjoy this look at the novel. There’s so much more to it, and I’m very excited about it!
1: Tell us about your WIP!
2: What stage are you at with this project?
Though now I’ve finished chapter 8. Spending more time on Disbelief Suspended.
3: Describe your WIP with 5 verbs.
4: What emotions do you evoke with your setting?
5: Share a line with a detail about your protagonist’s past.
6: What does your antagonist love deeply?
7: Which two characters have the most interesting history?
8: Name something experienced with each sense in your WIP.
9: Is any part of the backstory inspired by your own life?
10: Share a line you love about a setting.
Protagonist Takeover Week! Isaac takes the stage.
11: Share a deep regret.
12: How do you really feel about a character closest to you?
Why does this not say Day 12?
13: Weapon of choice?
14: How do you feel about romance?
15: How do you feel about your author?
16: Any words for future fans of you?
17: When alone, do you make faces in the mirror?
Deep Stuff Week!
18: Share a line that hints at your theme.
19: What’s one big reason you’re writing this story?
20: What type of reader desperately needs this book?
21: What has been your biggest challenge with this WIP?
22: Respresent your WIP with a single image.
23: What aspect of the book is the most unique?
24: Share a line that’s a fantastic example of your writing voice?
Community Fun Week!
25: If you could choose any other book to mash up with your own, which would it be?
26: Shoutout to this WIP’s most encouraging fan!
27: Does your WIP contain any inside jokes?
28: Share a line that made someone feel FEELS.
29: Shoutout to writer friends who inspire you.
30: Remind us all what your WIP is about.
That was it! I hope anyone who looks through this list wants to get to know Isaac and the god-forsaken world he’s been thrown into. What parts of this look interesting? Comment and let me know!
See you around!

Thanks! I’m actually so excited about this story that it’s hard to work on my finished novel draft. XD Isaac is so much fun to write, and I get a kick out of describing the world as it fits my fancy. I’m looking forward to discovering more too!
